Maria Daume ’24, the first female infantry solider in the marines, was profiled in PBS’ feature-length documentary “Journey to America” chronicling inspiring stories of U.S. immigrants. Xerox CEO Offers Insight to Business Students
Alumnus Steve Bandrowczak ’88, CEO of Xerox, returned to the Post Campus to speak with students in the School of Business. Bandrowczak joined Xerox in 2018 as president and chief operations officer and was named CEO in 2022. Xerox is a consistently ranked company on the Fortune 500 and has repeatedly been named among the magazine’s “World’s Most Admired Companies.”

The Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment was ranked on Billboard’s international list of “Top Music Business Schools” alongside renowned programs at Berklee College of Music, the Abbey Road Institute, UCLA, USC and NYU. Launched in 2021 as part of a collaboration with Jay-Z’s global entertainment company, the Roc Nation School has partnered with Wieden+Kennedy, Condé Nast, VFiles, and JPMorgan Chase.
Alumna Named CEO of Joseph Addabbo Health Center
Renee Hastick-Motes ’13 was named CEO of Joseph Addabbo Health Center, a nonprofit, federally qualified health center (FQHC) that serves more than 20,000 patients in Queens County. Prior to joining the Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center, Hastick-Motes served as senior vice president and chief external affairs officer for Episcopal Health Services (EHS) in Far Rockaway, New York.
Four Sharks Advance to NCAA Fencing Championships
Four Sharks in men’s and women’s fencing advanced to next week’s NCAA Fencing Championships in University Park, Pennsylvania. From the men’s team, Mo Elsayed qualified in men’s epee and Andrew Gefell qualified in men’s saber. From the women’s team, Costanza Greggi qualified in women’s epee and Anna Szántay qualified in women’s foil.
Vet Students Earn Scholarships
Seniors Alyssa Buback and Charlotte Kozlowski and graduate students Cayla Fisher, Erinn Hewett and Cayden Smith were among 20 students across the country to receive scholarships from the EQUUS Foundation. Mitchell to Perform in Mozart Classic at Metropolitan Opera
Tina Mitchell, professor, will be performing in Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute) at the Metropolitan Opera, a production of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s beloved fable by the same name. This is the second revival of this production, which performed most recently in Spain.
