The Long Island Association for the Advancement of Small Business (LIASB) named faculty member Dr. James Freeley as Member of the Month for his work in social entrepreneurship and community service. The 6,000-member association praised Dr. Freeley for helping his students to serve as consultants for small firms and non-profits – enabling the students to earn professional experience while in school.
