Tweed Roosevelt, chairman of the Theodore Roosevelt Institute and the Roosevelt School, joined elected officials as part of the 125thanniversary celebration of Nassau County. Roosevelt discussed his great-grandfather’s legacy and the 26th president’s personal connection to the historic area.
