Camille Watson, freshman on the LIU women’s track & field team, was named Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week. Watson ran the 60-meter dash in 7.78 seconds, which helped her take third place in the conference at the Great Dane Classic. The time marked a personal best and a season-leading time for the Sharks.
