Faculty members in the Department of Counseling and Development were published in the competitive journal The Teaching of Psychology, part of the American Psychological Association’s Teaching and Learning division. Dr. Kathy Keefe-Cooperman, Associate Professor and Department Chair, and Dr. Dogukan Ulupina, Assistant Professor, examined care for people with serious mental illness during the period between World War I and World War II using previously unknown records from a state hospital.
