Head coach Meghan McNamara-Cafiero and assistant coaches Kerri Liucci and Meghan Els earned the NEC Coaching Staff of the Year Award after coaching the women’s lacrosse team to its first-ever NEC Regular Season Title. McNamarra, in her 17th season, led the Sharks to a 9-1 conference record, as the Sharks finished the regular season on an eight-game win streak.
