Junior Lindsey Cowans threw a no-hitter in the LIU softball team’s shutout victory over Farleigh Dickerson University (FDU), putting
an exclamation point on the Sharks third straight victory in the
three-game series. Cowans was named second-team All-NEC in
2023 and has earned NEC Prime Performer twice this season.
