Andrea Haynes ’17 was appointed by Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard to serve as director of economic development for the City of Mount Vernon, New York. Haynes brings more than 10 years of experience assisting companies large and small, most recently serving as the project manager for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises.
