Nigeria Ealey ’15, ’18 is the co-founder of up-and-coming fashion brand TIER, which announced a partnership with the Brooklyn Nets to launch a limited capsule collection that includes three exclusively curated pieces that pay homage to the borough of Brooklyn. Ealey spoke to Essence about the collection, the growth of the brand, and the importance of its roots at LIU Brooklyn.
