Women’s ice hockey defender Paula Bergstrom joins the Swedish National Team in the 2022 Beijing Olympics, becoming the first player in program history to compete in the Olympics. Bergstrom has been instrumental to the Sharks’ early success, serving as an alternate captain and scoring the game-winning goal in the 2020 NEWHA Championship game to earn the University its first hockey title.
