Award-winning artist Neill Slaughter, professor of visual arts, will present awards at the 65th annual Parrish Art Museum Student Exhibition, recognizing exceptional artwork created by high school students on Long Island. Professor Slaughter’s resume includes dozens of grants and exhibits on a national and international scale, and he was awarded the David Newton Award for Excellence in Teaching by Long Island University in 2003.
