New York City Mayor Eric Adams appointed alumna Anita Garcia to the Panel for Educational Policy. Garcia was formerly the principal of PS 329 in Coney Island. The City’s PEP approves standards, policies and objectives related to educational achievement and instruction for New York City schools.
